    David Baldacci

    David Baldacci (f. 1960) er en bestselgende amerikansk forfatter fra Virginia, hvor han også er bosatt. Han ga ut sin første roman, Absolute power i 1996. Boken ble filmatisert, med Clint Eastwood som skuespiller og regissør. David har skrevet mer enn 40 romaner for voksne, og alle har blitt internasjonale bestselgere, og flere overført til både TV og film. Han er oversatt til mer enn 45 språk og solgt i over 80 land og solgt 150 millioner bøker over hele verden.

    David har også utgitt fem romaner for yngre lesere, inkludert # 1 bestselger The finisher, som også har blitt filmatisert.
    Han har en babachelorgrad fra Virginia Commonwealth University og juridisk grad fra University of Virginia School of Law, hvoretter han praktiserte jus i ni år i Washington, D.C.
